Why can't I see wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing is only visible to approved trade accounts that are logged in. If you are seeing a prompt to log in or apply instead of pricing, either your account is not yet approved or you are not signed in. Once approved, sign in through the wholesale log-in page and pricing will appear automatically.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
Wholesale orders require a minimum cart value of $500 in wholesale items. You can combine any products across the range to reach it, mixing single units and full cases as needed.
How long does approval take?
Each application is reviewed individually to confirm it is a genuine trade buyer. Submit the form on the Request a Wholesale Account page and we will follow up once your account has been reviewed.
Can I order single units, or only cases?
Both. Most products are available in single-unit and case quantities, so you can order a few units to trial a new line before committing to full cases. Your minimum order value still applies across the whole cart.
I already have an account, how do I reorder?
Simply log in, browse the range with your wholesale pricing showing, and build a new cart that meets the minimum order value. Your approved status carries over between orders.
