Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

For orders valued between $0 and $10, shipping charges are $7.

For orders valued between $11 and $25, shipping charges are $9.

For orders valued between $26 and $40, shipping charges are $12.

For orders valued between $40 and $49, shipping charges are $15.

For all the orders above $49, we offer FREE shipping all across the United States.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

  • Our standard shipping time is 2 - 4 business days.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Herboganics is not responsible for carrier-related delays, but we will do our best to assist with any issues.

Incorrect Address & Return to Sender

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but Herboganics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
