Carrom Seed, Garden Rue, Marjoram, Black Cumin, & Sema Syrup

This is absolutely not for everyone due to the taste. If you unfortunately ever tasted prune juice, castor oil, milk of magnesium, and fennel then you will get an idea on how bad all of them taste together. Very bitter, earthy, muddy, and pretty much a supplememt to chug down quickly because attempting to make it palatable is a waste of time. It still works, though. Does make you visit the restroom quite a bit with regular use in the beginning, but it does flush out excess water. Some elements of it do serve as metabolic stimulants, but all it did was suppress my appetite. Which is great, since ive been intermittent fasting for longer hours to accelerate weight loss, and this has been helpful. Works quickly and a tad too strongly, yet it still works if you want to rough it out.

It is quite surprising to me to see this product for weight loss since I have been using most of the ingredients in cooking. Senna is different that is known for its role as a laxative and I know it works. However, using a laxative to loose weight is not a good way to go. The syrup has a familiar smell to me as the spices and it tastes fine as I know these spices are there with purposes. Carrom seed, black cumin, garden rue and marjoram are all similar in smells like thyme and oregano. They might have similar role on weight loss as I read different literatures. They might affect the appetite, fat storage or bowel movement, and that might be person dependent. They should be safe since they are the same spice we use everyday. The effect needs to wait and see. I doubt it since I have been using these spices to increase appetite.
