Herboganic Eucalyptus oil is also used to ease cold symptoms and provide respiratory health benefits, also used as an essential oil with a diffuser for aromatherapy health benefits. While this oil is considered stimulating, they’re recommended for bedtime diffusion if you have congestion or feel a cold coming on. They’ll clear your nasal passage while you sleep – and keep you from snoring, too.
